Very weak lawyer does not bravely stand up for the customer, do not leave pressure on the other side. In time, is there more for the other side than not recommended to the customer?

Mrs. Gössl is a specialist lawyer for traffic law, but also accepts mandates in family law. A successful completion of the specialist law training course took place only in the theoretical part. Of course this affects the quality of your work. Time limits are not adhered to, decisions and facts misinterpreted, pleadings "go under". Something like this must not happen to a "legal" attorney, as this will be disadvantageous according to the mandate. I would strongly advise against this lawyer. In traffic law, "sheet metal damage" may forgive mistakes, in family law mistakes have immense consequences. About the experience in traffic law no statement can be made.
