In this shop you can find the worst customer service. Both shop assistants are very unpleasant, unfriendly and uneducated. They always seem to be angry and tired to work. There are stores with better liquors where you will be attended with a normal or good customer service. I do not recommend go there unless you want to be treated with bad service. They urgently need soft skills courses to manage a business...
I have to say something about the wrong reviews. I don't want to leave it like that! We are happy to advise all our customers in a courteous and courteous manner. Sometimes the customer request simply cannot be realized! And then being dissatisfied with us is incomprehensible to me. And personally I wouldn't do it. The ratings in the Christmas season are absolute fakes, because we would not do something like that anyway, and we do not have time for such discussions in the Christmas season. Often during the Christmas season it is also about bottles that cannot be provided in this way and then we destroy the gift idea and then we think we have to "choke".
