We installed a locking system and had some door sets changed. All work was carried out professionally, on time and at a very good price-performance ratio. We are very satisfied, especially with the competence and friendliness of the head of mechanics.
Can unfortunately only confirm the unfriendliness, you can tell that this is a long-established business where you can beg on your knees to receive a service.
Prices are at least OK for the keys and the locksmith.
Outstanding service! The staff were very friendly and tried very hard to help me quickly and cost-effectively. When there were complications, the company Pfättisch immediately sent a technician. The technician was not only on time to the minute, but has also put in a lot of patience and expertise in painstaking detail work in order. Really good.

Installation of a locking system was professionally planned and executed. Very friendly staff (I do not know names, at least from Italy). Have rarely experienced such a nice and competent craftsman. The Fa can be lucky to have such a man in their ranks.
