I was there regularly for treatment for over 3 years. I was currently unable to make an appointment and could not cancel due to unfortunate links. Now I was billed over 20 € privately. According to the health insurance company, you can do this, but you don't have to. The boss had a tone when I wanted to clarify that, as if you didn't need a customer more or less. The customer is worth nothing, not even as a longstanding customer. I don't need such a practice.

Just got an answer to my recession. I wrote it over a year ago! Good Morning! ... It is not that you have an appointment at 11.40, is there at 11.35 and experiences that the patient is called directly in front of me. so that was my appointment only 12.05 ...
