Often really crowded because all the packages that were not delivered go here for pickup, REGARDLESS of where you live. Even if you live 7km away and you've a Deutsche Post right next to your house, it ends up here. Opening hours are also bad, difficult to reach if you work

Despite the high occupancy in the run-up to Christmas, everyone is served quickly here. What a friendly and qualified staff. I am very excited that they still really take their time here for all questions.

This post office is really not recommended. Why isn't Swiss Post making improvements here? (See other reviews on friendliness and duration) Incomprehensible. Update: on my visit today there was nothing wrong with the friendliness. Apparently it depends on the day, as with every human being. Still understaffed.

I live in the old town about 300 m from the post office. It is an absolute cheek to deliver the parcels to the main station, where you cannot park properly and where 50 other poor pigs queue up every Saturday. Who has thought of this nonsense ...
