I have practiced yoga for years, have experienced various teachers. What I experience with Steffi is indescribable and unique. She leads with a very high level of expertise and a great professionalism through your lessons. I have never been so well balanced and balanced as after your yoga lessons. If there were 7-stars I would forgive them. I can unreservedly recommend this hour of compensation to everyone. For body and soul.

I was at Mehmke Yoga for the first time today and it was not exhausting in the beginning. When the class was over, I knew I had a great workout behind. Besides, I just feel lighter somehow. Nice was the small group and relaxing atmosphere and the interesting participants. The yoga teacher was not such a circus acrobat now but a very pleasant, natural person who had small valuable tips for each participant. Somehow she has managed that yoga professionals and beginners could feel comfortable in their class. The yoga class was an extraordinary event for me. I will gladly come again.
