Since this year in a beautiful, new location with super nice staff :)
Rating only refers to the visit to the homepage and the attempt to book online.
Only at the end of this attempt did the system show me an error message - in the form of a red exclamation mark. No further explanation of what exactly the error means and why I am getting stuck or only after the last step of the process. Only a call to the travel agency then clarified what the reason for the error is: the trip was already fully booked or more precisely, there was only one place left, but I wanted to book two. It is completely incomprehensible to me why this was not already shown to me on the homepage in the step where I could choose how many places I need. There is an urgent need for improvement here. Actually only 2 stars, but:
