Bad rhythm outside the city (on Sundays sometimes only 3 bus connections into the city!) Endless delays, uncomfortable and outdated buses at the subcontractors and today, without any information, 90% of all buses that go via Hbf are out of order!

Buses all dirty. Driver arrogant, unfriendly and completely incompetent. Stand in PUNCTUAL at the stop, bus driver slowly drives to the stop LOOK AT ME AND DRIVES ON. What shoud that?! And you should want to drive a bus there. With such prices and such drivers.

When we got on the bus and showed our annual tickets, the bus driver rock-solid claimed that the bus ticket was fake. After presenting again, the bus driver became aggressive and shouted at us. After he forced us to get off the bus, he called us afterwards if wif want to sell him stupid. That's not how you treat customers !!!!

1 star is too much. if you are unable to find reliable drivers, do all the work and please rest at home. Because this will hinder my work. that can't be, it's 7:31 a.m. and the 51st bus driver overtakes the front bus at breslauerstrasse that was just at the bus stop and just drives on without knowing and waiting to see if anyone wants to get in at all

The lady on the phone was nice. However, the reason for my call was an aggressive and violent bus driver, against whom there is now a complaint.
