I agree with the previous reviews. A return is not accepted, a refund of the amount will not take place. Parts ordered on the Internet may be returned - apparently not here. Thus - if you are not sure if you ordered exactly the right part, then better not buy here!

So I can only report good things about this business! I have ordered via ebay and the shipping is lightning fast and even with the complaint was immediately a new i.O. Part shipped. Absolutely top service with telephone support. Here I can only give 5 stars! Gladly again!

Have ordered a damper tractor seat. Goods were delivered defective. Goods were sent back, do not make a half year yet a refund. Not recommended.

As long as you only order quality etc. is completely ok, only woe you have to send something back. I still haven't got my money back because the package "didn't arrive". However, he himself reserves the right to do small packages

When trying to return an article that did not meet the required performance data as a replacement for a part of a third-party product that was no longer available, the seller was uncooperative and unfriendly. The attempt to return it was then canceled by us.
