Scenes like from a sitcom.
I was back there recently and wanted to be advised by an employee. This red-haired employee was there again. She looks at me, but of course has no time. After all, she has a private conversation to have. I wait for 10 minutes while she keeps chatting. In the end it was too stupid for me and I left.
I've seen the same thing in the shop before, also with this employee.
If there is a shortage of staff, everyone is busy, etc. one can understand that. But if an employee cannot interrupt her private conversation on the company phone to speak to a customer, that's going too far.
When the cat is out of the house, the mice dance on the table.

Great staff, friendly service. Had our coffee machine to service there. Have previously been informed exactly about expiry and costs. Works again perfectly. Thank you.
