Everyone is totally overwhelmed. The management is totally overwhelmed and unfriendly.
As long as you have the opportunity, look for another daycare place!
The staff and the boss don't talk to each other and everyone makes a different statement (nobody really knows their way around).
With vitamins B you won't get any further.
You don't have to complain to the community.
Everyone also knows why nothing is being done against the management. Let's leave it that way.
Hardly anyone adheres to the Corona rules. Even the boss walks around without a face mask and doesn't keep a minimum distance.
And if you ask the boss about it, it says
"I have a certificate and don't have to show you"
a bottomless cheek.
The staff is also constantly changing. I'm not surprised with such an incompetent boss. There are 1 - 2 good educators and they also know that everything is going wrong inside but don't dare to say anything (understandable).
The parents bring their children all around the same time and are accordingly all in one heap. As soon as you say something, it is simply ignored!
Better look for a decent daycare center. Of course, if I had the opportunity, I would have been somewhere else with my child long ago.
We are really happy when our children no longer go there.
You rarely see such an incompetent boss.
