The first visit to the Klarl. First of all, the food was great, the portion just as it should be. (To feed a grown man) The cook possibly at the same time the chef came out and asked how the food tasted. For me, an absolute must to get some reflection on your work. Keep it up, I hope you keep everything the same. P.S. A small note about the pork fillet with spaetzle, the fillet could have been a little less through.

It is now as cozy as Mathilde and Stephanie's once again in Wolfgang Knorr's "Klarls Weinstube". A homely pub has long since become a small gourmet meal, because Wolfgang's kitchen is really impressive. Try the tarte flambée with salmon!
