I purchase a car from them on Internet. The car was exactly like it was described exceptionally. The reprezentant made an excellent work.
The worst services!!!
I bought an Audi A5 with this company, but only because it was the only 1 available in Europe with 109g/km and sportseats. It was not because the excellent service from herr Thomas Kronawitter, far from that.
Untill the purchase contact was good, after this no return calls or emails for over a week, when I got a reply it was a short and blunt, not what you expect from a employee who works for a firm who only has the clients best interest at heart, atleast that's what you hear over and over again when you are on hold, and believe me, I heard that a lot !
Promisses that were made were not kept, so this was really a big dissapointment.
At the pick up i confronted Herr Kronawitter with my dissapointment, the only replay i got was "in ordnung" well far from this !!
So be warned.
Super Service!
I found the A8 online and had contact with Mr. Kiendl by phone and email. The process was super uncomplicated and quick. Even when the vehicle was handed over, everything was fine. I've experienced completely different things at Audi. There is nothing to complain about with Mr. Kiendl.
Gladly again.
