So I do not recommend this company to anyone.
This insolence what they allow there exceeds everything.
Then you bring a new car to them ... to get customer service and then they put the car back as totally scratched and hope you don't see the (whirl scratches) on the whole car.
After we drove the car down 3 times so that the car is scratch-free again, nothing has changed. Still totally scratched
And are they learned people? Sorry but we took the car back and took care of it ourselves.
You don't want to hear from them anymore
A customer service that should not be acceptable for such a dealership. It is promised on Monday that will be reported as soon as possible and on Thursday night you have to call again. Very courteous before the sale is completed but then you are constantly hanging and pushed back and forth. If good service is important to you, I recommend another dealership.
Here we work with methods that are not customer friendly and that border on systematic blackmail. Not even 2 years ago there bought a used VW Up with just 13,000 km on it. Now I'm told, the brake is completely over, no guarantee, no goodwill test. Cost: 700 euros. Blank Usury! And now the hammer: ONLY cash! No transfer and certainly no installment payment possible. Of course I did not have the repair carried out there and saved myself a lot of money in the end.
Another problem in advance: the accessibility. Called there in vain for two days. No callback, nothing. In the end, I first had to call the main office in Vilsbiburg, which then took care of someone calling me from Straubing.
Conclusion: Never again Ostermaier-Lichtinger!
