The WSS was changed as discussed, but my bonnet was visibly damaged and then it was claimed that the damage was not yours, although the position corresponds to your place of work. I also had to drive to Carglass Deggendorf so that they set the windshield wipers correctly because they weren't installed correctly. Too bad.

Very satisfied, there my windshield was swapped. Staff was very friendly, the settlement worked easily and quickly. On the work done there is also nothing wrong. a Leihfahrzeug obtained (course fee) on request Come next time gladly again. Only one phone number to the store directly in Straubing would be desirable, otherwise perfect. (Appointment work on the hotline but also quickly and easily.)

Generally good customer service at Carglass. I quickly got an appointment to replace the windshield. It was done within three hours and the result is impressive. I can only recommend Carglass Straubing location 👍

There comes a young lady in the morning with a broken side window after her car has been broken open. The appointment is only in 4 days and the employee lets this young woman drive 30 km home without offering to close the window with cardboard or similar ... Customer service looks different ...
