Dear Karin! Dear Ilse!
It was valuable to have you by your side in difficult hours. The loving and touching interaction on your part with our Paula made the painful farewell easier for us. But your care and compassion for us has also been impressive and comforting. This both in the hours immediately after the loss and in the moment when we were allowed to bring our Paula back home.
