Got ammunition today and I have to say that I don't understand the bad experience here. The whole shop was full of customers, but I was treated very nicely, I received answers and wished for a nice weekend. I am always thrilled that you are still treated so kindly when you are under such stress. But I still prefer the women of the house :-), because you just know that everything is fine. Keep it up and don't let it get you down. Until next time!

Was treated quite rude. Quite long delivery times for some orders, some even went under. When I wanted to pick up powder orders, the "friendly" waitress said in a derogatory tone "Today there is no powder, come back another time", three times in a row. So it is understandable if you avoid this business.

The positive aspects of Frankonia are the availability of goods and the speed of delivery. Complaints and exchanges take a long time, however, and customer service is very problematic in the area of communication, as there seems to be no continuous documentation of the correspondence or phone calls with the customer. It has to work better these days. The staff at the Straubing branch are very friendly.

Incomprehensible!! Nobody answers the phone, I waited in the loop for over 20 minutes. Then spontaneously drove into the store and first see the employees outside smoking. Was not served despite being asked. The employees choose the customers with whom they smell more money. That's the impression. Was in the store for over 45 minutes and was simply ignored. Older, visually richer-looking customers are definitely preferred over the young. Nobody needs to be surprised when people buy online. I am more than disappointed !!!!!!! If I could I would give it 0 stars. I've never experienced anything like that!

Tried unsuccessfully times to reach someone by phone. No one answers the phone at any time of the day. In the end, I just had to drive 80km to the branch in Straubing. The required item was of course not in stock. That's exactly what I wanted to clarify by phone beforehand. Unfortunately funny: There was not a customer in the shop, but the band announcement on the phone was still "because of increased customer traffic your call can ..." If you are not interested in telephoning with your customers, please take the telephone number "you are here for us" from the homepage.
