Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, because a fee of 39.00 euros was charged only for the statement that the repair is too expensive for our device. It wouldn't be a problem if we knew that beforehand. So as a customer you have at least the choice. The transparency speaks for the professionalism, which we liked very much in this case.

Unfortunately, the advice was very poor or it was not mentioned that looking into a broken device (later statement: repair too expensive) is just as expensive in relevance. 39.00 euros for what I know myself without proposing a solution is very unprofessional. If that were self-evident, as the owner claimed, other electronics stores such as car repair shops do something wrong. Why only ask for repairs if you can already cash in before.
