After I had already bought an engagement ring from Christ in Straubing last year and was extremely satisfied with the advice and support, I returned this year to buy wedding rings. The ladies in this branch are very competent and friendly. They also take the time it takes to make the decision. I have experienced it quite differently in other branches or with competitors. I can fully recommend this branch! Thank you so much!

We are very disappointed. We were in Straubing for a few days. My mother's watch stopped, so I went to the Christ jeweler to have the battery changed. I handed it in on Wednesday and was able to pick it up on Friday morning. The sales staff knew that we were not from Straubing. I picked up the watch on Friday morning, the saleswoman briefly showed me that the watch was working. I trusted that the battery would be changed. Two days later my mother said the clock is still running out. Yesterday I brought the watch to the Kaufhof in Munich and was able to watch the battery being changed. Now the clock is working properly. In conclusion, it is now clear that the battery was never changed and only the 9.90 € were collected. It's a shame that you can hardly trust anyone anymore.
