The stay was ok, but upon departure the owner tried to charge more that was quoted in the email for our group. When I showed her the email, she claimed we were given the wrong price and tried to charge more, she was very very unfriendly and rude about it, condescending. Our lovely and very short stay in Straubing was ruined by her customer service and I would choose to stay at Wenisch or another 4 star hotel in Straubing for only 10€ more in our next trip. Unfortunate

If Straubing, then if possible Franziska too. Super friendly hotelier, very nice, well-kept rooms and atmosphere to feel good.
The hotel owner is very nice and helpful.
The hotel is great, we liked it very much - highly recommended!
Unfortunately there was no breakfast, but the price per night was reduced.
You can walk to the city center (center), where there are many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
Parking lot in the hotel (underground car park), the entrance is a bit narrow, but also feasible with a large car.
