Very poor customer service.
Our reservation was not recognized even though we had a confirmation. Staff wasn't proactive to solve the issue (by giving a simple call to booking).
No English speaking staff.
Unsafe location- 2 mobile phones dissapeared miraculously in a morning, at 7.30, from a table on the room terrace; washing machine programme îs not linked with euro meter; there îs no possibility to achieve euro coins; no breakfast in this covid period, price increase from last year, low hygiene level😔
What a wonderful place to stay over. Friendly, helpful staff - and probably the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Situated in a very quiet, almost farm-like setting. It is very basic but one has everything that one would need. I can definitely recommend it!

Im living here for 5 weeks and im verry satisfied, the rooms are clean and over the Standard, comunication with responsible employes and owners of this accomodation is on high Standard. They are helpfull in all Points what the customer request......This place is quiet and suitable for bussines trips or accomodation for relax too
