Good and cheap parking looks different. Paying at the machine is not customer friendly. The coin dispensing / return does not work. You have to have counted money ready.
There is no longer a day ticket.
The only positive thing is that there is license plate recognition.

Parking garage has been converted to automatic license plate recognition, now you have to enter your car number at the machine when you want to leave the parking garage. I think that's unsanitary enough, but in times of Corona I don't think that's good at all. Furthermore, the machine does not change and a lady in front of us could not pay your parking fee because the machine does not accept any bills and, as I said, does not change. The lady didn't have an EC card with her either - if we hadn't helped the lady change, she would not even have been able to pay your parking fee. Customer friendliness looks different in my opinion. Please think again whether the machine can at least have a change function and payment function with bills.
