Ka was wrong there once

Could not take an appointment because I had a severe flu with over 40 degrees fever and bronchitis. My 1 year old son was sick as well. Unfortunately, I had therefore forgotten to cancel the appointment and I fluttered without demand or notice a failure bill for 60 € from practice Bonebreaker. I have been a frequent patient and paying customer, never missed an appointment and always tipped my fango. I have explained the facts and apologized several times, unfortunately, it does not matter because absolutely zero consideration or at least accommodating the price is shown. The behavior says a lot about a person, at least I will never visit this practice again and anyone I know of it.

Very nice therapist who knows what she is doing. Has been able to help me with my back pain and induration in the jaw musculature
