The former permanent employee was courteous and very nice. Now a new employee with dialect is there. Their service is impossible. It does not accept certain mail with threadbare arguments. The same post is easily accepted at the main post office. Do not understand the problem of this person. Does she know too little about. the dimensions of a standard letter? Anyway, the new employee always has something to complain about. Heard that also from other other customers.
