I send a package and pay the most expensive insurance to be sure it would arrive. Never arrived! ... I complete and send all the necessary information for them to look for my package and in case they did not find it they would make the corresponding money back ... more than 6 weeks have passed and I still have not received any response from them! Terrible attention service!
