Stadtwerke staff very nice and professional. Most of the bus drivers are very unfriendly and sniff at you. Just unbelievable!!! Especially the bus driver who took line 2 towards Straubing Hafen at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 7th, 2020.

The city buses are built for a long time. It would also have a larger time frame to be covered. Times should also be partly adapted to the train. Compared to other cities, not good. Of "sufficient" is mentioned here.

Kudos to the friendly employees of the municipal utility company! I quickly got a sovereign information and you could help me personally (without spending hours in any queue). I would have had a power contract signed by another provider, with which I would have paid the bottom line! Thanks to the fair advice, I now know better, because a closer look pays off!

Related to city bus traffic. It often happened that the bus driver (previously always the same) drove by intentionally without stopping. Now I have missed my connecting train and have enough. In addition, mostly unfriendly drivers come. I've been taking the bus more or less regularly for 9 years and wonder how that can't change after all these years. Times can also be expanded.

There has never been anything better like Stadtwerke Straubing ... I am very satisfied ... Super friendly staff ... are immediately there when you need them! ...
