Unfortunately, I have often experienced the feeling that my previous vets did not care much about small animals and that it is "just" a hamster anyway and it doesn't live long anyway. But with Dr.Körtel I immediately had the feeling that something like that little thing was important to him. A very loving doctor who really takes his time.

My Lumpi likes to go to him. Dr. Körtel treats him very lovingly. The costs were a bit too high for me and you have to pay cash right away.

Unfortunately you have to give a star, in my opinion this vet deserves nothing at all. I called him and told him tearfully that my dog ​​had just been hit - and he interrupted me immediately. And no, he didn't say what I should / can do, just that his practice is currently full. Okay, the hint was fine. But instead of leaving it at that, the good man told me calmly that he shouldn't actually work himself, because he had dislocated the 5 lumbar vertebrae and that he now only had to finish the waiting ones and then go home. I don't want to speak of his empathy towards a person who is afraid for his animal, let alone of the "professional" way of saying that you no longer have any capacity.
