We had decided on a used Skoda Octavia. The entire process from the test drive to delivery went smoothly with Mr. Joachim and everything promised was kept. Even after the sale, the service advisor was on hand at the dealership immediately and was able to help us with questions about the vehicle's technology. I can only recommend this dealership and will buy my next Skoda from Feser-Joachim again.

Long waiting times despite appointments and advertisements with no vehicles at all A test drive was made with a vehicle that was offered on the Internet. Despite making an appointment, other customers who did not have an appointment were simply pushed in, resulting in a 35-minute waiting time. That alone is not nice. After the test drive, we wanted to buy the car. But suddenly it was much more expensive (by 16 percent!). It then turned out that some of the vehicles offered on the Internet did not even exist. The ad was supposedly false, so the vehicle didn't even exist. A few hours earlier on the phone there was no mention of this. And a week after our visit, those advertisements were still online. Apparently attractive prices are to be advertised here, in the hope that people will be willing to pay more after the test drive. Unfortunately, this did not only happen to us here in Roth. We were interested in 2 more vehicles from Feser, at other locations. Unfortunately, these vehicles were also not available, although they were offered on the Internet for a longer period of time. I don't think that's okay at all. We have now bought a vehicle in another dealership. Here the car was not suddenly 16% more expensive - on the contrary, we were even met and retrofitted something at no extra charge. I've been driving Skoda for 10 years and I've always been happy here. But this was definitely my last visit.
