As a fellow dealer, I can only warn and advise you to consult this dealer as closely as possible. A young car (6 months old) bought there should absolutely be free of defects, which I was expressly assured. When I picked it up, there were 2 burn holes in the passenger seat and on the back seat. "Normal signs of wear" from the point of view of this dealer. A huge discussion ensued in order to get a ridiculous reimbursement of 150, - € in the end. Then, out of our own fault, the catastrophe happens that is fueled incorrectly. The help then looks like that, as a colleague, I will be charged € 300 net towing costs for about 15 km of driving, without prior agreement. Dealing with a colleague in this way who has bought a € 25,000.00 with significant deficiencies is very questionable, and my bow to this company in the future will be great. Addition on 08/10/2020 After my assessment, I got a call from the sales manager, Mr. Kara, who kindly asked me to explain the matter to him and he would then take care of an amicable solution, which I did immediately. It now looks like this: No further reaction from Mr. Kara, but today a letter from the Crditreform with the same exaggerated demand and a fee of around € 150 on top. Respect, you can't work worse, never again Autohaus Feser !!!!!!!!!!! Below are pictures of the "normal signs of wear" of an 8 month old car at Feser !!

Excellent service and very good communication. Car was picked up by tow truck after engine failure and quickly repaired (3 working days for complete engine replacement over the weekend). A rental car was offered immediately and we gladly accepted it. Inquiries about the status of the repair and the necessary remaining time were followed by realistic, ultimately accurate information and the cost estimate also corresponded to the actual total. I've seen it differently elsewhere. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the repairs and the service and would come back to the boys and girls from the VW / Seat dealership Feser for the next defect (which will hopefully wait a few years).
