Catastrophe!!!!
We have never seen a dealership with worse service.
We called non-stop for 4 hours and nobody answered the phone.
Car is 3 years old (100000km)
Of course a 5 year guarantee.
The wheel bearing is now defective.
You are processed: there is no guarantee and there is absolutely no goodwill.
Costs a mere 390 euros per page.
We bought 5 vehicles there and find it a bottomless mess!
That would be our last Opel
and the last car at the Kropf company.
We bought an Opel Astra ST from Mr. Raum about 2 months ago.
The advice and the phone calls with him were always polite, nice and a bit fun. Other salespeople are very polite and too present at this dealership.
Even when buying another vehicle, we were able to rely on the competence and helpful advice from Mr. Raum. The vehicle was retrofitted with an AHK as requested. Thanks also to the whole team for the quick and uncomplicated purchase process.
NO ONE answers the phone for HOURS. The calls are going somewhere. The lady is nice, but has no idea about who, where, how, what. The parking lot is full of used vehicles "EVERYWHERE". After inspection, the car was "" ON THE ROAD ""
