I have to agree with Mr Müller's assessment. Zero accomodation, I would have been happy 90 €. Otherwise you should write "fixed price" for your offers. Or read a guide on how to make customers happy. You could also set the basic price for used vehicles a few euros higher and then give this small amount to the customer. Would both sides be happy with it. The senior boss was very friendly, but you felt like a student with your teacher. Old people are sure to be in good hands there, but the whole schoolmasterly nature and the fact that questions are constantly answered with jokes or sayings is not so pleasant in a sales conversation. Although sales talk can not be called that. The attitude was very clear. You either buy my car or you leave it. It wasn't a new car I wanted to buy, maybe it was because of it I'd rather take my money somewhere else.

Broke down, we were given very competent and inexpensive help immediately and we were able to continue driving after less than two hours!

Mr. Negel. It is not called "walls", but "turning". If complain, then correct;) I got to know Mr. Sturm as a very nice gentleman, although I did not buy my Ford Ranger from him. I will definitely have my customer service done in this car dealership. A gentleman here complains about € 200. Are you a Smoker? If so, then you should stop. Then the money is quickly back in there;)
