So far, we have been satisfied with smaller orders. I would have liked to give 5 stars ... BUT: For a "slightly larger" order for an extension, we asked for an offer from Böhm. The boss was there for the appointment and promised us an offer. After a long wait, I emailed another request for the offer to be sent. I was promised to get this by day X. Unfortunately the offer did not come (until today) and there was not even an answer to renewed demand. I understand that construction is currently booming & that time is limited. But: - If there is no time - then I do not promise any offers and make pointless appointments at the customer's site. Because our time is precious too. - If there is no desire to get the order or to submit an offer (we don't fit in with the company?!?) That is okay ... but then I don't hold off the customer pointlessly. That makes a very bad impression. It's a shame - and I have to say: seriously disappointed with a regional provider.

We commissioned Elektro Böhm with several construction projects and were always 110% satisfied! Absolute recommendation! Quality is high up here!
