After a flat rate of 150 euros had been agreed by telephone for a new installation of WIN10 due to a previous "blue screen error" (everyone can make their own judgment about the price), this was done within one day. Thank you very much for this!
When I picked it up, I asked if I could still have a receipt. This was rejected with the words “not really”. Instead of a receipt, I was offered a refund of 20 euros, which I also accepted because it was too difficult for me to start a discussion.
