Wir haben mit der Schreinerei Heumann sowohl vor ein paar Jahren neue Fenster einbauen lassen, als auch in diesem Jahr eine komplette Renovierung unseres Erdgeschosses durchgeführt. Das Ergebnis ist super, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Franz, der unseren neuen Lindura Holzboden verlegt hat, war sehr gewissenhaft und hatte immer gute Ideen. Der komplette Umbau (Vorbereitungen für neue Küche, Holzdecke, Böden usw lief genau nach Plan und trotz Corona im Frühjahr konnte die Küche pünktlich eingebaut werden. Einzig ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die noch erledigt werden mussten, zogen sich dann etwas hin. Auch unsere neue Haustüre wurde perfekt eingebaut und die Ideen, die Herr Heumann mitbrachte haben uns in sehr weitergeholfen.

After a lot of back and forth, some mistakes by the manufacturer, not the joinery, we are very satisfied. The local craftsmen did a good job. The result counts

Very bad customer service !! Despite several inquiries from the boss about an offer, no feedback. Strangely enough, the secretary asks after a few days for the dimensions of the windows in order to be able to make an offer. After it was announced that the boss was personally on site and has already measured the windows and we are still waiting for the offer, the secretary no longer answers. Further inquiries by email to the boss and the secretary are ignored. After a telephone call and personal interest as to why one is completely ignored, another secretary explains that the mails might not have arrived. The said secretary would be off today, the boss is not present and you couldn't explain the whole thing. Several emails to the boss and the secretary did not arrive? If you are no longer interested, you should at least be fair enough to let the customer know and not make up flimsy excuses.
