Have waited over 2 months for the changing mat! After the changing mat arrived, it had a large quirk and several small ones. In addition, the paint had passed poorly and the wood had paint noses. After complaining to customer service, we received a very unfriendly email that you would not see the problem after setting it up. No excuse or offer to at least replace the board. Have never seen anything like this when ordering online! Have regretted ordering here! The price of 80 EUR is a cheek for the poor quality. Basically there are only a few badly painted wooden boards with quirks. It's a shame that such a small business does not value customer satisfaction!

Workshop Geppetto is really a great site. Here you can buy high quality furniture at low prices. The customer service is absolutely great. You can only recommend it! And my little son loves his new changing mat ....

I can only confirm the positive feedback here. With my changing attachment was a small damage on the side part. After a short consultation, the part was exchanged without discussion, it was already delivered to me the day after next. Many thanks to the super friendly Geppetto team
