Urgently needed a cost estimate for facade damage, while a company from Schwabach first offered this free of charge "under certain conditions", and then held us out for two weeks, and then still asked for a cost estimate afterwards, Burkhartsmaier was very professional and has replied to our email within 15 minutes. A day later the cost estimate was there and it was really free. 🙈 We wanted to thank everyone involved again for their help 🙏 and wish you happy holidays
