Staff very friendly! Take your time and also answer open questions. Nevertheless, they have pharmacy prices ... I paid € 314.70 with two ointments for a relatively small wound on the eye.

Had an emergency today with a stalled horse. Great investigation and advice, despite the weekend. TOP

The horse practice has been taking care of our stable for a long time. We are very satisfied with the contact and advice. We usually always have the same doctors on the farm. They take a lot of time for the problems and concerns of horse owners and help with their competent and friendly manner. Unfortunately we also had to go to the clinic several times and were impressed every time. You are kept up to date on the condition of the horse. Thanks to the latest technology and the specialists on site, the horses are well looked after there. The appointments work well by phone or e-mail and are also met within the agreed time frame. You can tell that there is a good structure here. I find price / performance more than fair.

Neutral: The clinic is well equipped with the latest techniques. Heated, in my opinion, the doctors, however, so that is a lot of staff changes. The medical history of the horse must therefore be re-rolled over and over again. The veterinarians are familiar with conventional medicine, but they are not very willing to compromise on more complex topics or solutions that require alternatives. Negative: Making an appointment is always a mean disaster. If appointments are agreed, they are not well kept. There is the possibility to call on Monday morning, after which you will be called back (or not). My recommendation: Stubborn to stay on the ball, then works well with the appointment. Of course, an emergency can happen, but the scheduling is still not good. Waiting times at the stable of 2-3 hours are normal. How the travel costs then represent remains a mystery of the practice. Conclusion: If you have the time and do not want to have more complex diseases treated, certainly a good choice. Otherwise I would recommend other vets. Of the costs we move here in the upper third of a medical bill. But you also get a thorough technical analysis.
