Super examiner Mr. Hirtle, friendly, competent and at eye level.
His Swiss unskilled worker, on the other hand, has never heard of the decent handling of the customer's vehicle. Driving onto the lift with a nervous gas foot and a heavily dragging clutch was an absolute NO-GO for me! This employee should also be retrained in terms of friendliness and expression of opinion on a condescending level!
Conclusion: Due to the driving style and the condescending comments of the Swiss unskilled worker, I will no longer visit this test center, even if Mr. Hirtle is doing a great job.
