Got a problem in the basement. No more electricity and the laundry piled up and the heating made no noise. Electricians in the wider area apparently had no interest in small jobs. Dates 4-8 weeks +. After calling the service number, my problem was taken seriously and I did not try to seal it off for the next month. The gentleman on the phone was quick and friendly and quickly gave me a warm apartment and clean laundry for the kids ... Thanks for that !
