Tax returns can no longer be found, either according to the head office nobody can be reached or feels responsible, colleagues who are supposed to be responsible are of course ill, on vacation or in a meeting. You have the feeling the staff is completely overwhelmed. Mrs. Sch. can also not give any information and, as can be read in the other reviews, is another employee who would be advised to train about manners.

Rude and disrespectful, and not for the first time. There are nice and unfriendly employees everywhere, but it cannot be a coincidence that an unfriendly / unfriendly person is on the line every time. You don't treat people like that, no decency, no respect. That such people work at the tax office, unbelievable !!!!!!

It is downright absurd that one can and must have countless contacts every day in schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, beer gardens, shops, buses, trains, etc., but authorities can only be entered by appointment. Sealed off like a high-security wing? Normal handling of the now common hygiene rules should be possible. I'm curious how long you have to wait for such an appointment. A company couldn't afford that!

Unfriendly employees is formulated very benevolently. The lady on the phone recommended that I learn to read because everything would be in her letter.
