Very nice, competent employee at the reception, but the availability of the Auto Schmid company was sometimes better. I had to try to be put through 3 times and ended up in a main office 3 times that manages their calls. I was promised a callback on Friday from the headquarters but was not kept. Bad communication between the dealership and the switchboard ?!
