Product as described, partial return + refund without problems!

You clearly get a return based on the existing scratches on the receiver. This also turns out to be defective. When the purchase price is reimbursed, "signs of use" will be offset proportionally! Disoriented

Unfortunately, I have been fighting for my rights since 05/2020 after buying a TV stand. It was a purchase on the Amazon platform. The delivery of the product did not take place. It was declared as delivered by the seller, although it was not delivered to us at all. Then Amazon immediately activated the ABC customer rights and transferred the money back to me. Strangely enough, the product appeared on our doorstep and we reported it to Amazon and made the product payment for the second time. When assembling the product I noticed that it had several surface defects (see appendix). It may be that it has been used before. I immediately wrote to the seller and criticized the subject. The seller offered me a 20% discount, which I accepted (see attachment). In the end, I needed the product and 20% is not a little either. Now from here the escalation really starts. I phoned and wrote to the seller and Amazon for several months. The money never arrived. In the attachment you can see how often I communicated with the seller. Seller confirms that money has been transferred every time. Unfortunately, I didn't get anything. Amazon also denies that the money did not flow from the seller, so a refund of 20% is not possible. Now the game is over and I will probably report the seller for fraud. This was even recommended to me by Amazon. It goes without saying that this seller plays on time until a customer gives in. Unfortunately for him, I'm not giving in. My recommendation to all buyers: If you are not satisfied with a product from this seller, please report to Amazon immediately and assert the ABC rights. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS WITH THE SELLER !!! IT IS NOT OBSERVED. Unfortunately, according to Amazon regulations, I cannot apply for ABC law a second time.

Sold used goods (really doll scratched and even broken) as new. Long since sent back and waiting for a long time for the refund of 198 euros. Never again SatChef GmbH.

Delivery time with 2 days above average fast. Price / performance fits here 100% I hope not that I need a new satellite soon, but if it does, then I like to buy this again. Definitely a recommendation! Thank you and LG
