We bought a KUKA robot in jan 22 2020, model KR16 with KRC2 ed05 cabinet SN 54383, and received KR16 with KRC2 version ed00 cabinet SN 29125, all broken up and with missing parts. They are still not answering to our emails (I'll be happy to remove this review if they replace it or agree for return and refund). WARNING, this robot with serial 861028 is still on sale, but i have it in my warehouse now!

Very bad seller the robots sold come from car factory it is not compatible with the industry. the robot that the seller sent us comes from a BMW factory, the amoire delivered with a factory mercedes, the two elements are totally incompatible. impossible to operate the robot without changing everything. the seller does not want to know anything he does not answer anymore. We put in place a judicial procedure for fraud and deception, especially run away from this seller !!!
