At the beginning you get a paid consultation. In it I was presented with a contract for € 600. This apparently includes additional benefits that I would receive. At that point, I thought I had to sign that contract. Whereby the doctor only sent me to occupational therapy, which is largely taken over by the KK! Ms. Thiess received the money. However, a clever performance was completely lacking. I should mention some relaxation hours, but I'm pretty sure that while I had my eyes closed and was lying on the lounger, Ms. Thiess was probably on the phone again and again instead of paying attention to me. Furthermore, you get totally confused about costs and payment from the start. Usually I have absolutely no problems with such topics and I get an overview quickly. Here, however, it took months and several organizational discussions (in the expensive therapy session!) To understand to some extent how this works. Finally, I asked for a statement of costs and benefits. I have only received a list of benefits, which is at least half wrong! (Compared with my notes and schedules, which I only started to keep on the advice of another therapist. Thus, initial lists cannot be refuted in writing and therefore more than half of them are certainly wrong.) I regret having set foot in this practice and I urgently recommend everyone from day one to keep a precise record of when which services were received and, if necessary, when which prescription was requested by the doctor. Because the doctor will send you the prescriptions directly so that you do not know when a prescription was full or when a new one was ordered. The motto here is: "You can do it with those in need." I changed my practice after the constellation and have never heard a word from them since. Thiess always said before that there were still bills open. The question arises; why not chase after your money? None of the additional therapies helped me. Topics were started and not finished. And what was processed was mostly created by me on my own. (I got the instruction and was then often left completely alone). So absolutely not to be recommended. (My opinion is based on honest and verifiable facts!)
