After a friendly initial telephone contact with Mr Milivojevic, my concern was clarified on site in the branch. As on the phone, I was welcomed and served very warmly. I can say with full conviction that the next watch will be purchased from Rüschenbeck in Duisburg.
On the recommendation of a friend, I turned to Rüschenbeck in Duisburg about a wristwatch. The initial telephone contact with Mr Milivojevic was extremely pleasant and personable. The other conversations were just great. I haven't experienced such positive customer friendliness and consistently competent communication in a long time, TOP!
In fact, after an incredibly short (and usually not realistic) period of time, I was able to call my dream watch my own. Thanks for that! Regardless of whether or not I bought the watch, I was / am enthusiastic about the open and honest communication. In the future I will contact the branch in Duisburg again and I can recommend this location without exception!
