I was very happy to be a regular customer of this shop, but after I had taken out a warranty extension for my car for one year and the boss assured me that it would only last a year I was disappointed. This has simply been extended for another year. In addition, there was the very unfriendly service on the phone who told you the wrong thing and said that you no longer have a guarantee on the car, etc. On request for a warranty claim it only says that is normal for the car ... With another request I had a voucher for 20 € from the dealership which should actually be deducted from the bill when I wanted to use it, the bill was quickly increased by 20 € "secretly" that I didn't like at all because I felt ripped off. I do not feel that I am in good hands with such a "specialist workshop", so I would give minus 1 *. If Lademann should still be customer-friendly, I ask for your opinion.

Bought a car today. Christian Schulz responded to my wishes. A test drive was easily possible without registration. The conversation and the purchase went as you would expect as a customer. From my side I can see the dealership recommend. If I'm looking for a car again, I'll come back to the Lademann dealership in Konigshofen.

Had a consultation appointment with Mr. Schulz regarding a Touran. The advice from Mr. Schulz was excellent. Mr. Schulz is very courteous, friendly and competent.

The colleague with whom the appointment was arranged was not in the house. The car was not prepared and could not be driven after a long journey.

Keep the VAT cut to yourself! In June contract signed at 19% VAT. Then in July I received the invoice for the same final amount (despite 16% VAT). With the following reason: "... on June 9th, 2020 you signed a sales contract with an agreed cash price of XXXXX €. A tax change does not change this cash price. If we had a tax hike, your cash price wouldn't change either. Unfortunately, nobody pays for the considerable additional effort that we as a car dealership have due to the current situation ... " The best is to say that if the tax had increased I would not have paid any more (Hahahahaha). And to complain to a customer about the additional effort due to the current situation is also a cheek! Something like that is not right, you can imagine that! The VAT was lowered precisely because car dealerships have more to do. You should be happy when there is work to be done. So annoyingly, the VAT cut has not reached me. Unfortunately, zero stars is not possible.
