Sonja is a great and very warm yoga teacher. I can recommend their courses to everyone. Thank you for the nice hours with you!
It is a pleasure to go to yoga with Sonja. From complete relaxation to power yoga, there is something for everyone. She tries so hard and always has a little treat in store for the course participants. A tea afterwards, a few cookies, a nice postcard ... a lesson in herbalism ... You always look forward to the yoga class. She offers so many great things. Oudooryoga in beautiful corners. Yoga for a good cause. Online yoga during the corona period. She leads the course with so much dedication and attention to detail. It is always a pleasure to take part and afterwards you feel like new. Thank you Sonja for the time and the attention to detail that you put up for every single hour.
