Hello dear Kraemer team, I was with you on Saturday to pierce my daughters ears and I'm so grateful to you for that. We felt very comfortable with you, especially my two little girls. Mrs. J was very empathetic and took a lot of time to take away the fears. What I thought was great that you shot two people. Ms. B. came especially from her break to help her colleague. A really big praise and we look forward to being able to choose the first earrings from you.

I have to admit that we came to the store very spontaneously today to get rings for our civil wedding. Only as a temporary solution because we wanted to buy real wedding rings for our free wedding next year. That's why it should be partner rings or stainless steel. The young lady at the bar was very nice and we quickly decided on a suitable couple. The big problem with the whole thing: the lady just had two sizes available for each of us, all other sizes should have been ordered. I think it's sad that you only have two sizes of a model available at a jeweler and even that would have been, marginally, ok. Until the lady said at the very end that the rings could "already" be picked up in THREE WEEKS. THREE WEEKS?! So my engagement ring, which my future husband didn't buy from Kraemer after all, could have been in the shop the next day, according to the employee, but two silver rings for 130 € need three weeks. Unfortunately, that was our last visit to one of their branches.

I visited the branch last week and was given very friendly advice. It was just a matter of repairing my watch. The watch is very important to me, so it was worth the repair. I was given very friendly advice by a younger colleague and felt very well cared for. On Saturday I was able to receive my watch again after a short wait. This colleague +50 was also very courteous and friendly, although there was a long line in front of the store. I can highly recommend the Kraemer branch in Duisburg!
