I was looking forward to the cinema brunch today. Was also there in time just before opening. BUT it ended in a total disappointment. Booked up! Although I managed to get hold of an unreserved seat, they served me with a "brunch is fully booked" off. I could still watch the movie, but they would sell me a ticket. But, honestly, it would not have been a cinema brunch anymore. My criticism: On the normal website you will find no indication, that you have to reserve or everything is fully booked (not everyone likes facebook, I found afterwards in the information to reserve). Then you can avoid frustrated customers. I will avoid as a longtime loyal customer of the arsenal cinemas whether the treatment now also these cinemas. The films that interest me are also in other small cinemas.
