We brought our dog Lana to Mr. Flemming after she was euthanized. From the first phone call to the subsequent handing over of your urn, it was an extremely friendly and level-headed dialogue, exactly as we had imagined. As sad as you are, Mr. Flemming knows how to walk the last path of the beloved animal appropriately and with dignity with his calm manner. We are very grateful. We will use his services again at any time.

I have known Mr. Flemming for many years as a very compassionate and always correctly working person, who has been available to me at all possible times (and at times like Saturday evening 9:00 p.m.). His invoices are transparent, and if you have any questions about individual items, Mr. Flemming willingly and fully provides information. His handling of the deceased animals is dignified and appropriate. I can fully recommend him!

Mr. Fleming was very good with our dogs. We were even allowed to bring our last dog at 10 p.m. Thanks for that, we will only give our animals to him, Mr. Fleming

What can I say? It is difficult to make a statement in the first days of mourning for your constant, loving companion. But now 5 days have passed and I was slowly able to sort myself mentally and physically again. It was the first time that I made use of Mr. Flemming's services and I can recommend him without reservation. Without us knowing each other, he already looked after me extensively on the phone, factually correct, sensitive and with the necessary distance. He also stood by me emphatically when I picked up my beloved fur nose and took all my personal wishes seriously and, above all, put them into practice. At no time was any kind of pressure exerted on me and I was always free to decide what was important to me and when. I know that my cuddly tiger was in good hands with Mr. Flemming and that he accompanied him with dignity and respect. First of all, I am grateful that I will soon get my sweeper back in a different form and that I will then have a means of communicating with him on another level - it is definitely nice to have him around me in the future. THANK YOU Mr. Flemming for your personal commitment and for the "all-round carefree package" that you have prepared for me. By the way: I cannot understand the few negative reviews in any way and I think that "sender & receiver" always needs to be transmitted ................... something is never one-sided !!!!

I get a reminder without an invoice or as agreed that I have received the ashes of my beloved animal. On the phone they said I got the bill with the mail. Tasteless to want to enrich oneself on the Tauer with the beloved animal. You should be ashamed of yourself !!! The next thing is a letter from a lawyer stating that this post must be deleted immediately. In this letter there is also discriminatory insults. How do I get to bury my pet when I have no money. I'm just horrified by such statements 😩 05.10.2020 reminder (without reminder fees because I never received an invoice) paid almost 1 month ago, until today neither the ashes nor the certificate received ... I will now file a complaint for fraud.
